Birth time decides your rising sign and the houses in your chart, so even a few minutes can shift the reading. Place of birth matters too. If you do not have an exact time, share your best estimate and say so - Guruji can account for it.
Personality and strengths, career aptitude, relationship patterns, financial tendencies, and the timing of major themes through planetary periods (Dashas). It describes tendencies - it does not remove your choices.
